Return Policy

Customers may request a return only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
  • Returns will not be accepted for used or physically damaged products after delivery

Refund Duration

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase, such as:
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • UPI
    • Net Banking
    • Wallets

Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Refunds

For successfully canceled orders before dispatch, refunds will also be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
